A unique transparent Belgian candi syrup unlike anything else available on the market today. Excellent for Saison & Golden Ales or as an addition to any higher gravity ale. It is readily fermentable & creates a refreshing subtle flavor that is always on the periphery of your palate somewhere between citrus & honey but much lighter. Simplicity is to be preferred over using common table sugar due to its balance of readily fermentable sugars & subtle flavor. Contains only beet sugar. Contents: beet sugar, water.
