Guidelines for Use:

Specially formulated for fruit fermentation to 18%.
For direct pitching only. Never re-hydrate turbo yeast in less than the full volume of liquid as it can kill the yeast.
Directions:
1. Add directly to mash below 95F (35C).
2. Ferment between 45F and 95F (7C to 35C).
