SafBrew™ DW-17 is a robust blend of Active Dry Yeast and enzymes that creates complex, fruity, woody, and slightly acidic flavored beers. It is the perfect choice for fermenting high-density worts up to 17% ABV and is especially suited for creating aromatic, strong beers such as Specialty Saisons and Wild Specialty Beers.
One 25g packet is enough for an average 5-gallon batch of beer.
