Description

Chocolate Raspberry Dessert wine is crafted from the finest wine juice available and incorporates only natural flavors and essences. Like the traditional Speciale Port, the Chocolate Raspberry Port will finish out at 15-16.5% alcohol. While it is in the half-batch (3 US gallon) Speciale dessert wine format, this kit will be made to full-strength. No water additions will be necessary. The same equipment will be required as with any Speciale product, mainly a primary fermentation bucket and a 3-gallon carboy. 11.5 liters.
