TAmerican Oak Infusion Spiral Medium Toast has less tannins but more bouquet, so it will impart more aroma than flavor. It has a warm, sweet character with strong vanilla overtones. Suggested usage is 1 stick per 3 gallons. Spiral may be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity.
